Hunter Roberts seeks entry level Project Engineers with a genuine interest to build a career in the construction industry! Summary of essential job functions

Organize, track, and maintain project related files, drawings, materials, and correspondence; such as, assist in the tracking of the contract items, document control-job set up, inputting submittals, and RFI’s.Assist Project Manager/Superintendent with trade coordination

Deliver accurate and timely project status updates throughout all project phases;

Responsible for collecting laborer timesheets in field, GC invoices and quality control

Coordinate badge requirements with Superintendent Attend and participate in Safety Orientation and Trade meetings at project site location, produce meeting Minutes as needed

Foster effective and positive business relationships with all parties throughout project phases

Demonstrate the principles of the Corporate Safety Program, IIF, at all times and assist the team in ensuring project safety is managed effectively, proactively and consistently

Perform a minimum of 1 DBO2 inspections per week and follow up on resolutions of open items

Coordinate the closeout process along with the project team Introduction to LEED Projects/Certifications Participate in HRCG Culture Training Help descope/provide quantity take offs for Misc. Specialties Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelor’s degree required0-2 years Construction Management experience OSHA 30 required

Skills and Abilities

Excellent attention to detail and diligence to assure high quality deliverables Superior written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to client service

Basic understanding of blueprints, plans and specs Positive, can-do attitude
