Job Summary

The Project Manager IIIplaysacriticalroleinoverseeingprojectsandensuringtheirsuccessfulexecution,withastrongemphasisonschedulingandfinancialoversight.

Thisindividualwillberesponsiblefordevelopingandmanagingprojecttimelinestoensurealldeadlinesaremet,coordinatingwithsubcontractorstofacilitateanefficientworkflow,andoverseeingprojectbudgetsthroughcostmonitoringandfinancialanalysis.

In addition,the Project

ManagerIIIwillworkcloselywithestimatorstoaidingatheringinformationandstreamlinethereviewprocessofbids,ensuringthatallrelevantdataisconsideredforinformeddecision-making.

Throughouttheprojectlifecycle,the Project

ManagerIIIwillcollaboratewithotherprojectmanagers,superintendentsandclientstomaintainsatisfactionandtrackprogress.

Ultimately,thisroleisfocusedonguidingprojectstosuccessfulcompletioninpartnershipwith

Superintendentsandthe General Manager .
