What Makes Our Internship Different- One intern per jobsite. You are the only intern on your project team, so you aren't competing for attention or sitting on the sidelines. You're fully integrated into the team from day one.
- Real Field and Project Engineer work. You'll work on actual Field Engineer and/or Project Engineer deliverables that move the job forward. It's real-life practice for the career you're preparing for.
- Access to leadership. You'll have daily access to project leadership, visit other active Monadnock jobsites, and finish the summer with a 1:1 with a Partner or Project Executive.
You'll spend most of the summer on your jobsite, doing the work of a Field Engineer and/or Project Engineer.
Before You Start
- You will be required to complete the required 40-hour OSHA SST training prior to the start of your internship. Monadnock covers the course cost and pays for your course time (40 hours). You will have the option to complete at your own pace online or attend in-person classes when available. All coursework must be completed no later than May 28, 2027.
