Construction Project Estimator
to deliver accurate, data-driven cost estimates for contractor and construction clients.
Key Responsibilities- Review plans and specifications to develop reliable estimates.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost modeling.
- Solicit, collect, and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes.
- Prepare clear bids, cost breakdowns, and supporting documentation.
- Identify cost risks and recommend value-engineering options to improve profitability.
- Support tighter cost controls and strengthen estimating systems for improved budget accuracy and project performance.
- Strong estimating and takeoff skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency interpreting construction plans, specifications, and scope.
- Ability to evaluate quotes and incorporate costs accurately.
- Analytical mindset for risk identification and cost optimization.
- Clear communication and collaboration with contractors and consulting teams.
