Join Bast Hatfield Construction as a Team Member supporting commercial and public works construction projects in New York State’s Capital District region. In this role, you will perform assigned field or office tasks, collaborate with colleagues, and help deliver safe, high-quality work.
- Support the completion of commercial and public works projects by performing assigned field or office tasks according to project requirements and company standards.
- Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors to support project success and client satisfaction.
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to quality and continuous improvement on each project.
- Follow the schedule for your assignment: field hours are generally Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with occasional overtime or Saturday work; office hours are typically 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with limited overtime.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Availability to work the applicable schedule, including occasional overtime or Saturdays as needed.
- Construction or related experience is a plus, but is not required.
Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
