Job Description For the first time, Overtime is partnering with Under Armour to create their women’s volleyball Tik Tok account. We will be focusing on women’s high school, college and pro volleyball with the expectation to make an epic account that athletes and fans around the world follow. This person is a hustler who wants to own something and figure out how to make it as big as they possibly can.
** Publishing
* ** Responsible for running the @uavolleyball Tik Tok account
* Will develop the voice and vibe of the page
* Create captions and content to be published
* Will curate content from all over the internet
* Collaborate with other companies and publishers to enhance growth
* Have ultimate ownership over making the best volleyball account on the internet
* Starting TT, but potential to grow into more accounts
** Creating Original Content
*** A big piece of what Overtime does is create original content
* You will work with all different athletes to figure out how to best tell their stories
* Bring fun and new ideas to athletes and teams to create content
* Will be behind the camera and potentially in front of it to bring pieces to life
* Collaborate with Overtime’s content team to develop volleyball specific content series
* The goal is to create someone that feels authentic and viral on UAVolleyball
** Event Coverage
*** We will send our iphone filmers all over the country to film different volleyball events
* You will be deciding which events to focus on
* Helping craft the perfect way to create content at these events
* Work with our game coverage team to ensure you are getting the content you need
* Publishing in real time from events to show fans what’s going on
* Attend specific events with lots of players and teams where you can build the Overtime

VB Brand  Who you are  
* 2+ years of professionally managing and posting on multiple social media accounts in the sports industry
* Well versed in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop, the ability to edit high quality social videos will be crucial.
* You understand and can communicate in Overtime’s voice.
* Detail-oriented. Amazing proofreader who always checks their work.
* Down to hustle - this role requires regular nights and weekends.
* Flexible in adapting to changing timelines and deliverables
* Proactive, positive team player, able to help guide projects from ingest to delivery

Overall, we want to make a splash with Volleyball on social. You will be launching a new account that will bring to life all of the amazing things happening in women’s volleyball. You will have access to Overtime’s 115M followers to quickly develop the coolest and largest volleyball fanbase on social media.

Overtime expects the salary range for this position to be between $70-80k annually. The company also offers health benefits and stock options.
