Base pay range: $70,000 – $80,000 per year.

• Maintain and update files (style development files, report templates, grade rules, etc.).
• Schedule structured jacket live fittings, prioritizing according to due date.
• Receive and log incoming samples.
• Create, maintain, and issue all technical reports from guideline to production approval through the PDM system, supervised by Tech Design staff.
• Copy or repeat styles for special markets and/or special sizes as needed.
• Maintain sample closet.
• Interact daily with Design and Production teams.
• Collaborate closely with the visual merchandising team to develop new packaging.

• College degree in Pattern making or Technical Design.
• Minimum 3 years of Technical Design experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with Excel, Illustrator, and PLM.
• Sewing skills; ability to work basic sewing or pressing equipment and structured materials.
