Combat Documentation/Production Specialist

Overview
Army Combat Documentation/Production Specialists (MOS 25V) handle electronics and film‑based equipment to document combat and non‑combat operations using still images, video, and audio.
ResponsibilitiesAs part of a media team, a 25V specialists:
- Plan, supervise, and operate camera and audio gear during pre‑production, production, and post‑production phases.
- Capture high‑quality footage and audio of day‑to‑day Army life and combat operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot motion, still, and studio cameras.
- Prepare captions and organize media for editing and archival purposes.
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to subordinates, as senior ranks allow.

Boot Camp – 10 weeks of basic training. 2.
Advanced Individual Training (AIT) – 12 weeks focused on MOS 25V, covering equipment operation, audio recording, scripting, and special effects.
• Normal color vision and binocular depth perception.
• Interest in creative and artistic work such as photography, graphics, speech, drama, and production team collaboration.
