Job Description Snapback Sports is on a journey to find the best experience in sports. Now, we’re on the journey to finding the next member of our team.

Snapback Sports is looking for the ultimate teammate. You need to know, care about, and consume sports and have a pulse on the culture. You’re the kind of person who’s just as comfortable behind the camera as you are in front of it. You can pivot from editing clips to brainstorming social hooks to hopping on a plane to capture content.

You’ll work alongside our creators, producers, and partners to bring the Snapback Sports voice to life on the road, in the studio, on a plane, in a hotel, and online.####
** What You’ll Do
*** Script, plan, and ideate for Snapback Experience trips: everything from You Tube narrative, to MOS ideas for fans, to social content with the team mascots
* Create social content on the grounds and at home to help create buzz around our experiences
* Travel with the team to major events, college towns, and sports experiences.
* Help with You Tube packaging and strategy:
Titles, thumbnails, video ideas, popular trends on the platform, new features we can use, etc.
* On the grounds producer: handle all audio and video equipment while keeping the team organized with the narrative of the video, ad reads that need to get done, etc.
* Be part of the energy that keeps Snapback Sports running on nights, weekends, sharing hotel rooms, and during layovers all over the world.####
** Who You Are
*** You’ve been around athletes, locker rooms, sports environments, and road trips.
* You’re comfortable on camera and love engaging with fans and communities.
* You consume sports content like it’s your job.
* You understand social media and You Tube trends, timing, and tone.
* You thrive in fast-moving environments, and you make things happen.
* You’re a team player who understands that “we” comes before “me.”
* You’re ready to travel and work unconventional hours.####
** Why We’d Hire You Over Everyone Else
*** Experience in sports media, content creation, or digital storytelling with proven results in building channels and followings.
* Skilled in video editing, social copywriting, or thumbnail creation on top of everything else we’ve listed.
* You know ball. You can participate in trivia in our NYC office, hold your own when we chop it up, and elevate the Snapback Sports voice and brand.
