DOGTV — the world’s first and largest TV network created specifically for dogs — is seeking a highly organized, proactive Production Assistant to support our growing slate of original content, live shoots, podcast episodes, and nationwide partnerships. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in production environments, communicates clearly, multitasks like a pro, and wants to be part of a mission-driven media brand that makes life better for dogs and their humans.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Content & Shoot Coordination: Assist with scheduling shoots, coordinating crews, and managing logistics; maintain communication with talent, guests, rescues, shelters, and partners; collect, organize, and deliver footage, releases, and production materials; assist with call sheets, production calendars, and run‑of‑show documents.
  • Podcast & Interview Support: Help with guest outreach, booking, confirmations, and prep; distribute assets to social media and marketing teams after each episode.
  • Events & On‑Site Production: Support filming during major industry events and expos; assist with pre‑production (travel, crews, schedules) and post‑production (file delivery, editor coordination, clip organization).
  • General Production Support: Manage releases, appearance forms, and clearances; coordinate with editors, cinematographers, musicians, and creators; assist with development of new shows and creator‑driven content; handle ongoing administrative and production tasks for the content team.

Experience

Prior experience as a PA, production assistant, coordinator, or office PA.

Excellent communication & organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Comfortable with Google Drive, Dropbox, calendars, file organization, and production workflows.

A genuine love for dogs & mission‑based storytelling.

Bonus: experience with podcasts, documentaries, or working with rescue organizations.
