UI​/UX Time Designer

Fox is looking for a multi-faceted individual to join our Real‑Time Graphics team. This team is part of a larger Media Production Group which fulfills creative requests for all of Fox's live programming and OTT content production. Our focus is to deliver intuitive solutions to end users while maintaining the vision of the brand. As the UI/UX Real Time Designer you are well versed in bringing a high level of functionality to real-time graphics platforms.

The position requires a strong awareness of new developments in technology and best practices coupled with creative technical proficiency. The ideal candidate is someone who will bridge the gap between design and functionality while providing solutions for broadcast and media technology projects. They will participate in projects spanning a wide range of technologies including augmented reality, real‑time graphics production, OTT platform, interactive applications, data‑driven information graphics and cloud services.

• Design intuitive interfaces that optimize user interaction and experience
• Collaborate with creative, editorial and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand‑off
• Combine creativity with an awareness of functionality
• Enforce best practices in an enterprise environment
• Work directly with creative teams and end users

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5+ years professional web experience, Broadcast experience is highly desired
• Fluent in the essential front‑end web development languages, i.e., HTML, CSS and Java Script
• Skilled in modern application programming languages and frameworks
• Excellence in problem solving and balancing quick turnaround with long‑term quality
• Strong project management skills
• Deep understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite products. Knowledge of Maya and/or Cinema 4D preferred
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment
• Must be detail oriented and organized, possess strong communication skills, and be able to prioritize a variety of tasks efficiently
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on project schedules and programming deadlines
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment under tight deadlines
