We seek a full‑time Events Producer to coordinate all performing arts presentations and third‑party special events at the institution. Responsibilities include planning and day‑of coordination, talent management, event set‑up, and coordination of audiovisual, lighting, and rigging needs.

This position requires strong organizational and project management skills and excellent communication, as managing the shared calendar of events will be critical. The ideal candidate is a forward thinker, excellent at triage, and able to anticipate production needs and work with the proper parties to ensure all events have the equipment, space, and specialized staff as needed to succeed.
