Creative Producer

Position Overview

We’re seeking a talented Creative Producer to join our team in Brooklyn. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for social content creation. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing social strategies, creating original content, and managing client accounts from concept to delivery.

• Develop and implement comprehensive social content strategies for clients
• Create, shoot, and edit professional video and photo content
• Manage social media accounts with a focus on growth and engagement
• Execute growth hacking tactics to expand audience reach
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality creative campaigns
• Travel to client locations and shoots as needed (2-5 times per month)

• Proven experience in social content creation and social media strategy
• Track record of successfully running and growing social media accounts
• Professional video and photography shooting capabilities
• Experience with growth hacking and organic content creation

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Experience with Cap Cut for video editing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices

• Professional camera (DSLR/mirrorless) with multiple lenses
• Backup storage devices and memory cards
• Reliable laptop capable of handling video editing

• Self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments
• Performs well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Actively seeks and incorporates feedback from colleagues and clients

• Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 annually
• Location:
  
  Brooklyn, NYC office
• Schedule:
  
  5 days per week in-office
• Additional commitments:
  Occasional weekend work and extended hours (limited occurrence, some at additional compensation)
• Travel: 2-5 times per month for client work and shoots
