Position Overview
We’re seeking a talented Creative Producer to join our team in Brooklyn. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for social content creation. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing social strategies, creating original content, and managing client accounts from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive social content strategies for clients
- Create, shoot, and edit professional video and photo content
- Manage social media accounts with a focus on growth and engagement
- Execute growth hacking tactics to expand audience reach
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality creative campaigns
- Travel to client locations and shoots as needed (2-5 times per month)
- Proven experience in social content creation and social media strategy
- Track record of successfully running and growing social media accounts
- Professional video and photography shooting capabilities
- Experience with growth hacking and organic content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Experience with Cap Cut for video editing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
- Professional camera (DSLR/mirrorless) with multiple lenses
- Backup storage devices and memory cards
- Reliable laptop capable of handling video editing
- Self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments
- Performs well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Actively seeks and incorporates feedback from colleagues and clients
- Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 annually
- Location:
Brooklyn, NYC office - Schedule:
5 days per week in-office - Additional commitments:
Occasional weekend work and extended hours (limited occurrence, some at additional compensation) - Travel: 2-5 times per month for client work and shoots
