Job PurposeReporting to the Senior Production Manager, this role will assist on all aspects of the production of marketing and editorial campaigns for a range of departments. They will lead on projects and campaigns, as well as supporting the wider team on larger campaigns. This role’s focus will be on North American campaigns, but will need to flex into wider international projects as and when needed.
The right person for this role is very comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment and possesses a strong ability to multitask, prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently. The candidate will have a calm and problem‑solving approach to running campaigns and be comfortable working directly with key stakeholders. They will take initiative, not be afraid to ask for help and be a strong collaborator.
S/he should have an obsessive attention to detail, loves being in the weeds, and is comfortable working on a variety of projects at one time. They should have an incredible sense of structure, and not just be organized, but enjoy organization. The role is based three days a week out of the NY office, and this is key for this role due to the need for face‑to‑face meetings, local event planning and collaborating with the wider creative team.
Responsibilities- Leading projects independently from brief to delivery
- Providing in‑office support for the Brit Box Creative Studio including running meetings and agenda setting
- Setting up and leading idea and collaboration sessions with designers, editors and copywriters
- Supporting the wider creative team on global campaigns, including mentoring Jr. members of the team
- Successfully establishing and maintaining creative timelines and processes
- Scheduling and planning 360 marketing campaigns across TV, Digital and OOH
- Maintaining brand guidelines and acting as brand guardian
- Liaising with internal and external partners for creative briefs and feedback
- Traffic finished creative to stakeholders, partners and archive
- Providing essential representation of the team at industry events
- Taking ownership of the end‑to‑end production workflow
- Facilitating seamless communication and coordination between global teams
- Setting up and helping plan local NY events in collaboration with our PR and Partner Marketing teams
- Experience in marketing and production
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Superb work ethic and positive can‑do attitude
- Experience in running 360 campaigns
- Ability to communicate and work cross‑functionally
- Independent and self‑aware
- Experience in working with talent and media
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of tech specs and media trends
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Experience in using project management tools – ideally Air Table
$70 – 80k base salary + competitive benefits + bonus potential
