Sequence is an award‑winning boutique events agency specializing in production, strategic planning, and design. We work with a mix of corporate, media, entertainment, finance, and non‑profit clientele to produce in‑person, hybrid, and virtual galas, launches, conferences, awards shows and beyond.

We’re building our freelance creative roster and are looking to connect with designers across multiple disciplines. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy translating ideas into thoughtful visual experiences, and want to collaborate on brand‑forward event and experiential work, we’d love to hear from you. Applicants should have experience in designing for events.

• Graphic Designers (presentations, branding, event collateral, proposals)
• Software:
  Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Motion Designers (short‑form video, animated 2D+3D assets, screen content)
• 3D Software:
  Cinema 4D or similar 3D software
• UX/UI + Digital Designers (interactive experiences, event microsites, touchscreen interfaces)
• Software:
  Figma, XD, or similar software;
  Squarespace
• Scenic / 3D / Spatial Designers (environmental renderings, experiential layouts, fabrication‑ready files)
• Modeling Software:
  Sketch Up or similar software
• Rendering:
  Enscape or similar software

• Support concept development and visual storytelling across client projects and pitches
• Create design assets that span digital, physical, and spatial applications
• Collaborate with internal creative + production teams to bring ideas to life
• Deliver clean, organized files with attention to brand consistency and real‑world execution
• Jump in at various phases—from ideation and initial design development to final production handoff

• Event brand assets, pitch decks, and proposals
• Pre‑event and onsite microsites / UX flows
• Motion + screen content for live shows and LED displays
• Custom scenic elements, renderings, and 3D visualization
• Environmental graphics, signage, and attendee touchpoints
• Note:
  
  While we welcome a range of design backgrounds, applicants with direct event or experiential design experience will be prioritized.

• Once onboarded to our roster, designers are tapped as needed based on portfolio + style match
• We aim to keep a healthy rotation of talent, but assignments are not guaranteed
• Work is primarily async, with collaboration happening through shared drives & feedback loops
• Projects may range from fast‑turn pitch visuals to full production‑level design deliverables
• End‑to‑end design timelines may span anywhere from 3 weeks to 3+ months, depending on scope
• Preferred turnaround times and scheduling flexibility will be collected in the survey
• Rates, availability, and billing format will also be collected through the survey
