Job Overview

As a Producer, you will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and executing engaging mobisode content. You will lead project teams to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.

• Develop and execute strategic goals for the mobisode series to align with company objectives
• Identify growth and innovation opportunities based on market trends and audience insights
• Generate fresh and engaging ideas for mobisode content that resonate with the target audience
• Provide clear creative direction to the production team for script development, visual concepts, and storytelling strategies
• Oversee all aspects of production to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance
• Allocate resources effectively, including budget, equipment, and personnel, to support the mobisode series
• Provide strong leadership to foster collaboration and support within the team
• Guide and support team members for their professional growth and development
• Implement processes and standards to maintain the quality and consistency of mobisode content
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Incorporate new ideas and innovations to ensure competitiveness
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for audience engagement and brand exposure
• Use audience feedback and analytics to improve content performance iteratively

• Proven experience as a producer or creative lead in the digital media or entertainment industry
• In-depth understanding of mobile-form video content consumption trends and platforms
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for storytelling with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Familiarity with industry-standard production tools and software
• Master s degree in filmmaking, media production, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
