About Us

At Jabroni Capital, we’ve built an audience of 135,000+ founders and executives through memes, copy, and shit posts (20M+ impressions per month) over the last 18 months.

We use satire and storytelling to capture narratives in the tech industry and turn them into content that people actually want to read.

Now we’re hiring a Lead Videographer and Creative Strategist to take this to the next level.

Your Role & Impact

We’re expanding into the video space, and you’ll guide us to become the top tech creator brand in short‑form content.

This role will own the strategy, direction, and execution of our videos, taking projects from ideas to virality. You’ll work and meet top tech founders and build relationships with creators in NYC and SF.

Your day‑to‑day will involve finding and ideating formats and angles, working with our comedians and Jack to create, edit, and publish content. The end goal is to scale Jabroni across every video platform.

What You’ll Own

• Growth Strategy: Build and execute a roadmap for social growth across Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
• Creative Direction: Lead conceptualization and production of memes, skits, and video content that match the Jabroni Capital voice while working with our team in SF, NYC, Paris.
• Production: Write, shoot, edit, and iterate fast. You understand pacing, sound, and hook structure.
• Analytics: Track performance, identify patterns, and double down on what works.
• Community & Culture: Engage with startup audiences and shape how Jabroni shows up and fits in.
• Brand Voice: Develop and maintain our brand tone as smart, satirical, and spicy.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

• Have grown 20k+ followers on Instagram, Tik Tok, or You Tube Shorts.
• Have hit 1M+ impressions on a video before.
• Spend hours daily on Twitter, Reddit, Discord, IG.
• Have a background in comedy, improv, or skit production.
• Understand Gen Z & Millennial founders; you’ve watched Silicon Valley at least once.
• Are great at execution—your friends call you an animal.
• Have worked in or around startups, tech, or venture.

Tools You’ll Work With and Bring

• Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Studio.
• Cap Cut, Premiere, or your go‑to editing tool.
• Google Sheets & Docs.
• Slack, Notion, and Loom.
• Analytics dashboards for tracking growth.

Location & Working Hours

• Remote (NYC preferred).
• Flexible schedule (EST overlap preferred).
