DescriptionAre you a true social creator who lives and breathes storytelling, humor, and cultural conversation? Do you have a sharp eye for visuals, a witty writing style, and the ability to stop someone mid‑scroll? Betches Media is seeking a full‑time Social Content Manager — a creative powerhouse who can shape and grow the personal brand of our CEO across platforms. This isn’t about copy‑pasting trends, relying on templates, or using shortcuts.
It’s about original ideas, smart social strategy, and executing content that blends intelligence, humor, and cultural relevance. You’ll capture her voice and presence authentically while elevating her visibility as a leader, thinker, and personality — all while aligning with Betches’ mission to be the leading platform for women’s voices, culture, and entertainment.
- Own and execute a comprehensive content and brand strategy across relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Substack).
- Concept, film, shoot, edit, and publish high‑quality original content (photo, video, reels, carousels, captions).
- Bring a strong design sensibility — crafting visuals and layouts that feel fresh, premium, and aesthetic.
- Write sharp, engaging copy that captures the CEO’s voice, balancing humor and intelligence.
- Build smart distribution strategies to grow audience reach, engagement, and influence.
- Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize for growth and impact.
- Edit and publish natively in Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and X; leverage in‑app tools for scheduling and analytics.
- Stay ahead of cultural conversations, social trends, and platform shifts — translating them into content that feels fresh, not derivative.
- Manage her community via audience interactions (comments, DMs, mentions) to foster authentic engagement.
- Be on‑site to capture real‑time moments at events, media appearances, and behind‑the‑scenes.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with PR, Marketing, and Content teams to align messaging and maximize visibility.
- Support CEO‑led initiatives, media appearances, and interviews with sharp, platform‑first content.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the CEO’s personal brand, aesthetic, and the broader Betches identity.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- True creator: concept, design, shoot, edit, and publish original content end‑to‑end.
- Visual thinker with strong design aesthetic skills, able to translate ideas into scroll‑stopping creative.
- Sharp writer who nails voice, humor, and nuance — especially when writing for a CEO.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in social content creation, personal branding, or media.
- Expert in Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and X;
Substack/newsletter experience is a plus. - Comfortable producing content independently without templates or shortcuts.
- Strong POV on social marketing and what drives real engagement and growth.
- Highly organized, intelligent, and trustworthy — reliable in fast‑moving environments.
- Quick, witty thinker with cultural fluency and a strong sense of humor.
- Genuine fan of Betches who understands the voice, tone, and influence of the brand.
- Pro‑level creator on both Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Ability to work full‑time (NYC hybrid) with 2–3 in‑office days per week.
