We are currently recruiting for an Art Teacher for students of all ages - K-12 for weekends, evenings and Summer Camps in our Hartsdale school location. MUST HAVE SUNDAY AVAILABILITY. On weekends we need a teacher for K-12 digital art. This position will start now and there will be a chance to increase hours and class assignments in the Summer.

• Teach one or more of a variety of proprietary digital art classes. Our students are mostly K-12 but we also run classes for adults from beginner to advanced level.
• Deliver the curriculum with enthusiasm and tailor instruction to suit individual students  needs while keeping it fun and relevant.
• Collaborate with a team in a center that provides a central curriculum with minimal prep required; use provided tools, equipment and supplies.

• 2+ years of experience teaching digital art classes; familiarity with Illustrator, Animate, Photoshop, Procreate. Blender 3D is highly desirable.
• BFA or BS Art Education
• Knowledge of a wide range of digital art techniques
• Thoughtful communication skills
• A passion for One River School's mission
• Must live within easy commutable distance from the work site location

Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr
