Sr. Recruiter – Textile Coordinator

We are looking for a Textile Coordinator with apparel print, graphic and textile experience for a top fashion company in New York City. The role involves working within a specific classification and implementing the category leader's direction in all aspects of the design process, trend research, print, graphics and screen prints.

• Work closely with design team to manage the flow of artwork for apparel.
• Contribute to redesign of graphics and core print designs to meet specific garment needs.
• Prepare production files that meet mill expectations without sacrificing aesthetics.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.
• Execute artwork, color and print decisions, pitching and editing.
• Communicate with vendors and own ongoing vendor relationships.
• Manage color and print database.
• Analyze provided color, print and pattern direction; interpret and adapt for PC program proposals.

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of graphic or surface design experience.
• Proficiency in the latest releases of Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet overlapping deadlines.
• Ability to work on teams.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, detail‑oriented studio or fashion company.
