Position Summary:
The Design Assistant, Footwear will support the design and development of men’s and sneakers footwear collections by assisting in concept creation, material selections, technical specification sheets, and trend research, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market demands while contributing fresh ideas to enhance product appeal and commercial success.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in
Men’s Footwear
to:
- Develop innovative and trend-driven designs
- Apply expert knowledge of materials and construction
- Produce accurate technical specifications for production
The accomplished individual will possess:
- Creativity/ Ability to translate market insights and brand identity into innovative design concepts. Experience in color and material design is a plus.
- Technical proficiency in using design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop as well as preparing accurate techpacks for production team.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross functional teams and work with our product developers
An outstanding professional will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion design, product design, footwear design or a related field
