Brand Designer; Beauty & Skincare

Role Overview

The Brand Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire, educate, and captivate while maintaining a consistent and elevated Brightwood aesthetic across all platforms. This role bridges design and storytelling, translating the brand’s visual language into compelling print, digital, and environmental touch points.

Creative Development

• Concept, design, and produce assets for print, digital, and social platforms that align with The Brightwood brand.
• Build upon existing brand identity while evolving design to support evergreen content and new campaigns.
• Partner with founders, photographers, videographers, developers, and printers to ensure creative excellence across all materials.
• Develop new concepts, mood boards, reference decks, and creative direction for imagery and video content.

Brand Consistency

• Maintain a cohesive visual voice across all platforms and channels.
• Uphold and refine The Brightwood brand standards, ensuring design continuity and visual sophistication.

Collaboration & Execution

• Partner with leadership to refine concept work across creative channels including photo direction, art direction, and digital design.
• Manage relationships with print and digital vendors and oversee pre- and post-production details.
• Deliver projects on time and within scope, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within luxury, beauty, fashion, or hospitality industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent understanding of typography, design, and layout.
• Exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic eye.
• Strong time management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative and business teams.
