Location: New York

Fourth Floor presents this Product Development + PLM Coordinator role for a fast‑growing children's apparel brand. The compensation is $50,000 – $70,000 per year, based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update tech packs at each development stage to reflect evolving product details.
  • Partner with design and production teams to monitor sample status and safeguard design intent.
  • Manage and update the seasonal design calendar, collaborating with marketing, sales, and production teams to align timelines.
  • Organize and maintain the digital archive of design assets, including sketches, prints, colorways, and technical documents.
  • Streamline internal processes by maintaining and improving workflow systems such as PLM, file sharing platforms, and consistent naming protocols.
  • Produce and update line sheets for every season, ensuring product information—styles, pricing, colorways, and descriptions—is accurate and consistent.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing to ensure line sheets and seasonal collateral reflect the brand’s vision and strategy.
  • Serve as a bridge between design and other departments to facilitate timely handoffs and accurate product information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product development, design operations, or a similar role (children’s wear experience a plus).
  • Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign; experience with PLM tools preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a team‑first attitude.
