Art Supervisor; Pharma

Art Supervisor – you’ll bring pharma agency experience and a creative vision to translate marketing objectives into stunning print collateral across a variety of mediums.

Location:

Remote (must be located in the Northeast for limited travel). Salary: $130,000 – $145,000 per year.

• Maintain brand consistency and elevate visual standards across all pharma materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to designers and production artists, ensuring the highest quality output.

• 7+ years of experience as an Art Director with a significant portfolio showcasing extensive and diverse HCP pharma work.
• HCP launch experience.
• Experience in oncology, rare disease, or neurology therapeutic areas.
• Concepting.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Acrobat Pro).
• Exceptional typography skills and a strong understanding of layout and visual hierarchy.
• Proven ability to concept and execute creative solutions independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively to clients and team members.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
