Rooted in curiosity and craftsmanship, we design products that invite people to engage more deeply with the built world. Our work spans e‑commerce, wholesale, and retail channels, and we’re continuing to grow thoughtfully and ambitiously.
We take great pride in our work and are building a team of remarkable people who share our values of Ingenuity, Empathy, Endurance, and Wonder.
The RoleWe’re looking for a Brand Designer to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our brand’s visual identity. From product packaging to digital campaigns, you will ensure that every touchpoint reflects Craighill’s ethos and connects meaningfully with our audience.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Craighill’s visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Design compelling and cohesive assets for various channels, including packaging, website, social media, email marketing, and print materials.
- Inhabit Craighill’s values to develop concepts and create designs that do more than just ‘look nice’.
- Collaborate closely with the product design, marketing, and sales teams to align on creative concepts and strategies.
- Lead visual creative ideation as part of a collaborative partnership with our copywriter. You will ideate and execute visual storytelling concepts through graphic design, photography, and illustration, presenting your ideas in clearly designed decks.
- Work with external vendors and partners to oversee the production of high‑quality materials.
- Bring forward market research and competitor analysis whenever necessary to keep the brand’s visual identity fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Brand Designer or in a similar role, preferably within a lifestyle or product‑focused brand, or at an agency working with similar brands.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
- Comfortable following written briefs delivered by the marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and then come together collaboratively with the team for feedback and edits.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with an emphasis on branding and visual storytelling, preferably for a lifestyle or product‑focused brand.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs to meet team and brand goals.
- A self‑assured, natural communicator, you are happiest working as part of a tight‑knit team.
- Your work is neat, punctual, and efficient – you thrive with deadlines, checklists, color coding, clear file naming.
- You’re interested in how your work translates into business performance.
- Experience in photography or video editing is a plus.
- Figma
- Google Workspace
- Asana
- Slack
- Dropbox
- Employer‑subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k)
- One Medical membership
- Paid holidays
- Paid time off and sick leave

Joining Craighill means helping shape a design brand in real time – not just how it looks, but how it thinks and shows up in the world. You’ll work across brand systems, product storytelling, and visual expression, building a body of work that’s intentional, durable, and quietly distinctive.
We’re interested in designers who care as much about restraint as expression and see brand as something built over years, not campaigns. If you’re excited by the challenge of translating values into form, and believe that beauty and discipline can coexist, we’d love to hear from you.
