We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Marketing Designer to join a dynamic and fast-growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and creative designer to help shape the visual storytelling of a leading, innovative consumer brand.
The company is a fast-growth e-commerce brand that has helped over 1 million customers achieve their goals. As the company continues to expand, the Senior Marketing Designer will own the creation of impactful design across multiple touchpoints.
Role OverviewReporting to the [insert role title], the Senior Marketing Designer will play a key role in communicating the brand’s story through compelling visual assets. You’ll be responsible for leading the design of multi-channel marketing materials, including advertising, social media, email, print, display, packaging, out-of-home, and more. You will work across platforms including the company’s website, e-commerce storefronts, and in-store retail channels.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement (4 days in-office, Monday-Thursday, with Fridays remote). The office is located in Midtown West, Manhattan, NYC.
How You’ll Contribute to Success- Lead creative design initiatives across multiple marketing channels, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and product teams, to develop and execute new campaigns.
- Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets for digital and print channels, including social media, email, web, display ads, OOH, packaging, and more.
- Shape and refine the visual identity of the brand, ensuring creative is fresh, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
- Own design systems, creating scalable templates and guidelines for fast and efficient campaign execution.
- Optimize performance marketing campaigns by iterating on creative assets based on data.
- Lead design for e-commerce storefronts and product pages (or be willing to learn quickly), ensuring a seamless and effective user experience.
- Manage timelines and deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time without compromising quality.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or related fields with a focus on performance marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing ability to conceptualize and execute high-quality marketing designs across various channels.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of After Effects and Figma is a plus.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Cap Cut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles with the ability to apply them to digital and e-commerce environments.
- Experience designing for e-commerce platforms is a plus, with a willingness to adapt to new platforms and tools.
- Ability to work with iterative design processes, quickly producing high-quality designs and refining based on feedback and performance data.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually engaging experiences.
- Customer-first mentality, balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently or collaboratively.
