Overview
Senior Copywriter (Health) n Grey Health, the collaboration of Grey and TANK, to create famously effective ideas that move people, business, and the world forward.
Position OverviewThe Senior Copywriter is responsible for generating ideas, developing copy from draft to finished product, and partnering with Art Directors to design and execute concepts across cross‑channel advertising initiatives. They are a storyteller who uses concepts and design to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities- Write across a broad spectrum of advertising disciplines.
- Ideate copy for pitches, campaigns, tactics, and special projects.
- Review and edit copy for clarity, grammar, and punctuation.
- Present concepts in organized, professional, and effective presentations.
- Collaborate with Art Directors to ensure copy and visuals are perfectly synced.
- Generate and execute ideas from concept to completion across diverse mediums.
- Revise projects based on feedback from creative leads, clients, and medical/legal reviewers.
- Annotate key claims with valid references, working with editorial and medical teams.
- Communicate with Account Services, Strategy, and Project Management teams to meet deliverables and deadlines.
- Engage in client meetings, delivering high‑quality conceptual thinking and contributing to discussions.
- Proactively manage projects and workload.
- Stay current on creative trends, award shows, case studies, and production practices.
- Leverage technology, including design software and digital tools, to enhance creative processes.
- Incorporate culturally relevant elements informed by pop culture, social media trends, and audience behaviors.
- Understand the competitive marketplace and the mindset of healthcare professionals, patients, and other audiences.
- At least 4+ years of industry experience in a well‑established creative role.
- Experience across relevant mediums based on client needs.
- Ability to translate scientific and data insights into compelling promotional copy.
- Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to all client levels.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite or similar software and AI tools.

$60,000 – $140,000 USD (position‑specific range may vary by location and experience).
