the 12-month design apprentice program will give recent graduates or early career individuals the opportunity to collaborate with our talented design teams to learn all aspects of the design process. We offer training and learning sessions to give exposure to leaders and provide a big picture understanding of our business. The design apprentices also have the opportunity to present a final project to design leaders across all of the brands.

• program dates: june 16, 2026 – june 1st, 2027
• work structure: hybrid (tuesday‑thursday in office)
• location: new york city – hudson yards office
• compensation: $26 per hour

: the design apprentice for jewelry & hardware is responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and developing fashion‑driven designs that reflect the creative vision and brand aesthetic. • uphold design integrity, quality execution and creativity throughout the entire creative process, including technical specs and design approval of production pieces.
• be an expert on raw materials to re‑imagine construction and design for collections.
• work closely with internal partners and cross‑functional partners to ensure successful commercialization of product and cohesive cross‑strategy storytelling.
• brainstorm and develop solutions to optimize samples and products with cross‑functional partners.
• bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and efficiency while working under tight deadlines for both mainline and outlet.
• supervise research on concepting and develop sketches based on concepts; compile comprehensive tech packs.

• 1+ years related work/internship experience in design; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
