LLM Content Designer

Job Description

• This role will be part of a group of dedicated and talented content designers, conversation designers, UI designers, researchers, UX engineers, and PgMs who are passionate about creating the best possible experience for our users.
• We partner with engineering, product management, and teams across the client to create intuitive, conversational, and helpful experiences that are powered by generative AI.

• We're looking for an analytical logophie who is passionate about writing and can work with a cross‑functional team to develop high-quality content for LLMs.
• As a content designer working on an LLM, you’ll work in an ambiguous, fast‑paced, and very exciting area with a lot of passionate people.
• Conduct reviews and audits of model-generated content to ensure compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop strategies for improving content quality, as well as instructions, guidelines, and standards to guide the work of reviewers, with a focus on articulating how we define high-quality content.
• Write ideal model responses that serve as the north star for model output.

• 4 years of experience on user‑focused writing, including work in hardware, software, digital agencies, creative industries, journalism, or other relevant areas.
• Experience in shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects.
• A portfolio of content strategies and longer‑form writing samples.
• Experience working on large language models or other generative AI or machine learning technologies would be a plus.
• Experience working on multi‑modal platforms, like voice‑driven experiences or AR/VR would be a plus.
• Experience working on editorial teams would be a plus.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
