We’re hiring a Visual Designer (Contract‑to‑Hire) to join our Marketing team and help bring our brand to life across multiple platforms. In this dynamic role, you’ll create a wide range of visual assets—webpages, emails, launch videos, digital ads, and event materials—that enhance our storytelling and drive engagement.
This role will start as a contract position with the intention to convert to full‑time, pending performance and business needs.
This is a fully onsite contract role. Candidates must be able to work from our Union Square office five days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with brand and marketing partners to create visually compelling assets, including email campaigns, app store assets, brand partnerships, event materials, and webpage visuals, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Design high‑quality storyboards, static visuals, and style frames for product launch videos, defining the look and feel of animations, titles, overlays, and typography to guide motion designers and ensure strong creative execution.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including composition, typography, and layout.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering.
- Passion for staying up to date on design trends and emerging tools in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, open approach to feedback and iteration.
- Experience designing for video‑first platforms or social media.
- Familiarity with video production and motion design workflows, including tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
