Home Soft Goods Product / Textile Designer
(Bedding, Throws, Decorative Accessories)
Full-Time |In-Office
We are seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support licensed and private-label brands across bedding, throws, blankets, and decorative soft goods. This hands‑on role combines creative design and technical execution, taking products from concept through production. The ideal candidate understands soft home product development and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Design seasonal assortments for bedding and soft home products
- Create CADs, repeats, engineered placements, and colorways
- Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details
- Prepare factory‑ready artwork and tech packs
- Review and approve samples, strike-offs, and lab dips
- Collaborate with design, sales, sourcing, and production teams
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- 3–5 years minimum of product, textile, or home design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre
- Experience with production‑ready artwork and repeats
- Strong understanding of textiles and soft‑goods construction
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple brands
