Job Description
The TeamWe are seeking an Assistant Accessories Developer to support and connect the work of our Design, Product Development, and Production teams within the Accessories Division. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and an enthusiastic, solutions‑oriented approach. This role is hands‑on, collaborative, and offers significant opportunities to grow within a fast‑paced design environment.
Responsibilities Design Support- Assist in the accessories design process by updating style boards, line sheets, and internal seasonal documentation.
- Create layouts and color‑ups for footwear, accessories, and jewelry.
- Produce CAD designs for clear communication in line sheets and tech packs.
- Research materials, artisanal makers, and potential suppliers.
- Set up seasonal technical package templates, including style codes, material codes, BOMs, and Style Matrix.
- Support product development from concept through production and help facilitate communication with external vendors and partners.
- Assist in entering color allocations and maintaining accuracy across technical packages.
Participate in prototype through production fittings; document changes through photos and detailed notes. - Work closely with development and production teams to help identify issues.
- Assist with seasonal photoshoots, including preparation, organization, and file renaming for sales and e‑commerce teams.
- Manage weekly shipment tracking to ensure samples and materials arrive on schedule.
- Tag, organize, and archive accessories during pre‑season pass‑offs.
- Maintain the seasonal "Shoe Bible," Storyboards, materials library, accessory bins, and shoe closet for easy access and internal clarity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Product Development, or a related field.
- 2+ years of internship or comparable experience preferred; recent graduates with strong portfolios welcomed.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Strong skills in Procreate and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to sketch both technical and freeform renderings to communicate construction and design details.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation$40,000–$50,000 annually, depending on experience and skill set.
Work EnvironmentFull‑time, on‑site role (unless otherwise specified), requiring regular interaction with design, development, and production teams.
