Our Entertainment client is seeking a Print Production Artist to join their team for the next 6 months, 20-40 hours / week. This fully onsite role in Brooklyn, NY supports the creation of high‑quality signage and graphics, from file preparation to fabrication and installation.

Seeking a candidate with 3+ years of experience in a print production environment, ideally within film, television, or live events industries. The role involves supporting high‑quality signage and graphics, managing large format printing, sign assembly, and client consultation.

• Large Format Print Production:
  Proficiency with ONYX & Versa works RIPs, Adobe Acrobat, ICC profiling, and color matching.
• Sign Fabrication & Installation:
  Skilled in CNC routing, laser cutting, dimensional lettering, vinyl application, and material handling.
• File Preparation & Design:
  Expertise in prepping artwork files using industry‑standard formats (AI, PSD, PDF, etc.) and typesetting.

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a sign shop or print production setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate various shop equipment.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Preferred:
  Experience in New York sign shops and familiarity with local vendors.
• Desired:
  Knowledge of printer maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Customer Service:
  Provide in‑person, phone, and email support to clients; guide them through project planning and material selection; incorporate feedback and revisions.
• Estimation:
  Accurately estimate project costs and timelines; assist in pricing strategy development.
• File Prep & Review:
  Interpret and process digital files for production; ensure print accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Production & Fabrication:
  Execute all stages of sign production including printing, vinyl work, routing, laminating, and final assembly.
• Installation:
  Support indoor and outdoor sign installations, ensuring stability, alignment, and durability.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and / or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
