• 15+ years working on and leading creative assignments
• Background in art and design direction
• Excellent and persuasive communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading teams of designers, copywriters, art directors, developers, and UX designers
• Ability to nurture and develop talent
• Deep expertise in branding with extensive experience developing and extending brand identities and brand platforms
• Understanding of how brands merge with consumer and business experiences at all levels.
• Working digital knowledge and experience
• Environmental experience a bonus
• Relevant design degree and strong portfolio a must
