Coordinator Syndication Production

The coordinator assists in the programming, production, development, and distribution for CBS Media Ventures syndication business. They provide administrative support, facilitate communication between teams, CMV shows, and production companies. The coordinator will also assist in on air programming.

• The coordinator supports the EVP, SVP, and VP of CMV domestic syndication including administrative duties
• Coordinate key meetings with various internal departments, stations, CMV shows, and external businesses
• Create power point presentations - Canva skills a plus
• Make set visits as needed to support production
• Screen shows, take detailed notes to support marketing, PR, and programming needs
• Assist with production management needs
• Collaborate with development team on strategic creative ideas that deliver for the brands
• Participate in talent tests, pilots, and development productions

• 1-2 years production or media experience
  -working knowledge of studio production and post production preferred

• Thinks creatively & strategically
• Highly driven & motivated with excellent follow up
• Detail-oriented and great organizational habits
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Professional demeanor and knows how to work cross-functionally
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel within the tri-state area as needed

CBS Media Ventures is the preeminent company in television syndication. CMV produces or distributes popular, critically acclaimed hits including "The Drew Barrymore Show," "Entertainment Tonight," "Wheel of Fortune," "Jeopardy!," "Sherri Shepherd," and "Inside Edition." The division also handles national barter advertising sales for Debmar-Mercury's and Fox's first-run syndicated programming, and operates Dabl, a multiplatform, advertiser-supported lifestyle network (  ). Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
