• Lead the video editing team in producing high-quality video content for Bloomberg’s various platforms.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual narratives.
• Oversee the entire post‑production process, including editing, color correction, sound design, and final delivery.
• Ensure all video content aligns with Bloomberg’s brand standards and editorial guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing software, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve the quality of content.
• Manage
  
  BK projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior video editors, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Work closely with the graphics team to integrate visual effects and animations bell into video projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a news or media environment.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging video content.
• Experience with color grading and sound design is a plus Literatur.
