The Role

The NWSL is seeking a Visual Storyteller, Partnerships to support the Partnerships team by creating high‑quality presentations and visual materials for partner and prospect-facing needs. This role focuses on design execution, visual storytelling, and data visualization, working closely with Partnerships, Strategy, Marketing and Creative teams to deliver clear, compelling and on‑brand materials. This is a hands‑on design role for someone who enjoys translating ideas, inputs, and direction into polished presentations and visual assets to drive revenue generation.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

What You Will Own & Drive
  • Own and manage the entire design process on presentations, partner marketing materials and renderings relevant to key partner and prospect proposals
  • Understand the prospect’s and / or partner’s brand DNA and design presentations/materials to reflect brand synergies and positioning
  • Collaborate with Partnership Development, Partnership Marketing, and Brand teams to create compelling new business/renewal proposals and platforms
  • Create visually stunning bespoke presentations, including new and existing templates
  • Create renderings and mockups for prospects and partners of new proposed assets, spaces and signage
  • Work closely with Partnership Solutions team to brainstorm and convey partnership opportunities in an organized and creative manner
  • Manage workflow and timelines of projects and communicate efficiently with internal teams
  • Have the ability to communicate partner brand and objectives in conjunction with the NWSL narrative and go‑to‑market strategy
  • Assist in developing strategic plans for partnership inception and growth
  • Work, build relationships and onboard with external creative agencies to help develop partnership design needs such as videos, templates, presentations, recaps, data and other ad‑hoc needs
  • Leverage key resources, insights and data and have the ability to transform them into easily digestible designs
What You Will Bring
Core Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in presentation design, brand design, or marketing design, preferably within sports, entertainment, or media
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:
    • Presentation design and layout
    • Clear content hierarchy
    • Data visualization and infographics
    • Typography and visual consistency
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
    After Effects a plus
  • Strong PowerPoint (and/or Keynote) skills, including master slides and basic animations
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and incorporating feedback
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to work non‑traditional hours as needed around key moments
  • Willingness to travel up to ~10%
