Artistic Video Editor

We’re looking for a creative, motivated videographer and video editor to join our team full-time and create digital content for our real estate projects.

Please review the videos and reels on our social media accounts for examples of our content and the style you’ll help create.

Film and edit videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content for Tik Tok, Instagram, and other major social media platforms.

Operate a drone to capture high-quality aerial footage.

Travel frequently with the team for shoots, projects, and events.

Manage and maintain all production equipment and systems, including cameras, drones, lighting, audio equipment, and editing tools.

Organize footage, manage file storage, and maintain backups through final delivery.

Create rough and final cuts with clear storytelling and a polished, cohesive look.

Enhance picture quality through color correction and refine sound, pacing, transitions, graphics, and captions.

Collaborate with the team, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.

Stay current with editing software, tools, and techniques.

We’re seeking expertise in one or two of the following:

Adobe Premiere Pro: Knowledge of After Effects is preferred.

Adobe XD: Ability to create website previews.

Final Cut Pro or a comparable video editing program.

Extensive experience creating short-form social media videos.

Strong understanding of video production techniques and processes.

Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D animation, and typography.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

A positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Skills in both graphic design and video editing are an advantage.

Adobe Premiere Pro: 2 years required.

Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years preferred.

Graphic design: 3 years preferred.
