Job Description & How to Apply Below
Barbara’s School of the Dance is looking to add passionate, positive, and inspiring educators to our team!
BSOTD is a family-oriented, community-based, award-winning, multi-style dance studio serving the Capital Region. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment where dancers of all ages can grow — both on stage and as individuals.
Our programs include:
- Recreational classes that culminate in our annual year-end Recital
- Competitive teams that attend local competitions each season
- A dedicated ballet program that produces a full-length, stand-alone production each spring
We are looking for teachers who:
- Love working with children and teens
- Value technique, artistry, and teamwork
- Thrive in a collaborative, upbeat studio culture
- Want to make a lasting impact in a community that truly feels like family
If you (or someone you know) are interested in joining a studio that values excellence, integrity, and heart — we’d love to connect!
Let’s continue building something beautiful together.
xoxo, Miss Caley Dalpe
