Video Content Creation Fellow

We're looking for a video storyteller to produce short-form content promoting HuCapital's brand, platform, events, and founder-led narrative. Over three months you'll work directly with the Founder, develop your production instincts, and leave with a reel that reflects real creative impact.

HuCapital is an AI-powered community platform built for entrepreneurial creatives and professionals across the New York Metropolitan area. Powered by our AI superconnector Huey, we curate 1:1, peer group, and prompted matches designed to transform online connections into IRL collaborations.

AI has fundamentally changed the way we work, and the most innovative projects and businesses of our time will be built by people who know how to use it together. HuCapital brings creatives and professionals together to unite their unique skillsets, collaborate on what is next, and build a better future.

We curate popular IRL experiences, including our HuLane Traffic Light Mixer, Winning Women Conference, HuCapital Innovation Week, and more, each attracting 200 to 600 professionals and founders across various industries.

The Video Content Creation Fellow is an opportunity for a storyteller who wants real-world experience creating content for a brand at the intersection of technology, community, and culture. Over three months, you will work directly with the Founder to produce video content that promotes HuCapital's brand, platform, events, and founder-led storytelling across social media and beyond.

This is not a background role. Your work will be seen by a growing community of professionals, creatives, and founders. You will leave with a stronger portfolio, sharper production instincts, and a clear sense of what it takes to build a content presence for a brand that means something.

• - ** Create Brand and Product Video Content:
  ** Produce short-form video content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and You Tube that captures the voice, energy, and mission of HuCapital.
• Support Founder-Led Content:
  Collaborate directly with the Founder to develop and produce video content that builds her personal brand and amplifies the HuCapital story.
• Cover Events:
  Capture behind-the-scenes moments, testimonials, and highlight reels at HuCapital events and turn them into compelling, shareable content.
• Edit and Publish:
  Edit footage for reels, stories, Tik Toks, You Tube Shorts, and promotional campaigns using your preferred editing tool
• Contribute Creative Ideas:
  Bring storytelling concepts around themes like career development, founder stories, platform features, entrepreneurship, and AI to the broader content strategy.
• Maintain the Content Library:
  Organize published and unpublished assets and track performance of content across platforms.

• Because we are at the beginning, our current compensation model is stipend and profit-sharing based, reflecting where we are in our growth journey.
