Summary
The Sewer/Presser delivers quality sewing and pressing services to customers. This role completes alterations efficiently and meets customer expectations through teamwork and professional service.
Responsibilities- Complete sewing and pressing tasks according to service standards.
- Manage workload, address customer alteration needs, and complete items on time.
- Meet productivity goals while following established processes and procedures.
- Use store technology to organize customer alteration requests.
- Collaborate with the Alterations and Store teams.
- Previous sewing and pressing experience preferred, with a minimum of 2-3 years.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
- Stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing, pressing, and alterations equipment.
- Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.
