Company Description Mother Sauce Creative is a creative and production agency focused on helping clients reconnect with the source of their creativity. The agency is grounded in the belief that art and artists are central to our creative and strategic work.

Role Description The Experiential / Events Line Producer is a contract, remote role responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of live experiential events and press or creator trips from initial concept through post-event wrap.

Day-to-day work includes building and managing production timelines, coordinating pre-production logistics, managing additional production team members as assigned and needed, updating client-facing decks, interfacing with client teams, and supervising event production teams and vendors. This role manages budgets, tracks expenses, and ensures projects meet creative, technical, and operational requirements.

The Experiential Events Line Producer partners closely with the Executive Producer, account, and production stakeholders to maintain clear communication, mitigate risks, and deliver on-time, on-budget events that align with client goals. The role also involves documentation of processes, preparation of call sheets and run-of-show materials, and continuous improvement of production workflows.

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of line production experience across experiential and events like branded launch events, multi-day pop-ups, and brand trips, including oversight of staffing, scheduling, and on-site execution.
  • Demonstrated budgeting skills, including cost estimating, expense tracking, and financial reconciliation for multi-phase projects of at least 12 projects over a budget of $150k.
  • Proficiency in pre-production planning, including timelines, run-of-show creation, vendor sourcing and coordination, and production logistics.
  • Production management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and vendors in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Comfort working remotely with distributed teams, using digital collaboration tools and project management platforms.
  • Background in experiential marketing, live events, or creative production; agency or production company experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules; on-site presence at event locations will be required as needed.
  • Ability to work as a local in NYC, if based outside of NYC.

Please include examples of past projects you have managed, the role you held, and the budget level of the project.

Please note: Experience with TV Production, photo & motion production, or live broadcast-style production is not applicable to the experience and background we are seeking for this role at this time.
