Fast Food Commercial Casting Call Camera Handler

Job Description

A major fast food commercial is casting a male actor to portray a laid-back Camera Handler in an upcoming production filming in Miami, Florida. This paid, non-union commercial role is seeking a performer with subtle comedic instincts and the ability to make an awkward on-camera moment feel completely spontaneous.

The Camera Handler has a relaxed, slightly scruffy presence and becomes part of the comedy when a scripted mistake occurs during the scene. Rather than playing the moment for an obvious laugh, the selected actor should approach it casually and realistically, allowing the humor to come naturally from the situation. No food consumption is required.

• Perform a scripted on-camera mistake in a believable and spontaneous way.
• Deliver subtle comedy through natural reactions, facial expressions, and body language.
