AboutThe Role
We’re seeking a talented, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience creating compelling visual work across packaging, retail merchandising, and ecommerce. You will translate brand strategy into polished, production-ready design that strengthens consumer engagement in-store and online. This is an opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys connecting design and commerce—bringing cohesive visual experiences to life across retail shelves, product packaging, and digital storefronts.
Key Responsibilities- Create packaging concepts across a variety of product lines and formats, partnering with production artists to transition approved concepts into print-ready files.
- Develop retail merchandising assets, including point-of-sale displays, shelf talkers, endcap graphics, signage, promotional-event materials, and in-store collateral.
- Design ecommerce creative such as product listing imagery, enhanced brand content, banner ads, and social-commerce graphics for marketplaces and direct-to-consumer websites.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand cohesion across physical and digital consumer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, retail, and sales partners to align creative output with project goals, timelines, and technical requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Prepare merchandising files for offset printing and support production-ready asset delivery.
- Stay current on design trends, retail merchandising best practices, packaging innovations, and emerging ecommerce tools.
- Contribute to the continued evolution of visual identity systems and help maintain brand style guides.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating packaging, merchandising, and ecommerce work.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience designing for print production, packaging formats, and retail environments.
- Understanding of ecommerce creative requirements and marketplace content best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to balance creative vision with technical specifications, deadlines, and business objectives.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
