Job Description
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and usability testing
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
- Define and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries
- Collaborate with Front-End (React) and UI developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Present design concepts and rationale to client stakeholders
- Iterate designs based on feedback and analytics
- Coordinate with the offshore UX Designer on handoffs and design continuity

Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in UX or product design for web applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
- Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
- Experience with design systems and component-based front-end frameworks such as React
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with enterprise or data-heavy applications is a plus
