Senior Graphic Designer

Beam is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who is as comfortable building a brand as they are building ads that convert. This is a rare moment to join:
Beam is in the middle of year over year growth, a full rebrand, and a national retail launch in early 2027. The person in this seat will play a central role in bringing the new identity to life everywhere our customers meet us: web, Amazon, email and SMS, paid and organic social, retail shelves and print.

You’ll be a go-to design partner for teams across Beam, turning requests from growth, retention, ecommerce, retail and partnerships into work that performs and looks unmistakably like Beam. At the same time, you’ll push the brand forward, setting the standard for how our identity flexes across channels and building the templates and systems that let the whole team move faster without losing quality.

You’ll report to the VP of Brand and Creative. You’ll lead day-to-day work for junior designers and freelancers, and collaborate most closely with the entire Beam team. Your work will touch every product line we make and will shape how millions of people see Beam in the wild.

• Apply and extend Beam's new brand identity across every channel during the rebrand: , Amazon listings and A+ content, email, paid and organic social, retail and print.
• Concept and design performance creative for paid social, landing pages and retention campaigns, using test results to guide each new round of work.
• Support the internal design request queue end to end.
• Build and maintain Beam's design systems.
• Lead and mentor junior designers when applicable.

• You have 6+ years of design experience, ideally in-house at a DTC or CPG brand. Wellness, supplements, beauty, or food and beverage experience is a strong plus.
• Your portfolio shows both brand identity work and performance creative, across social, email and SMS, web, Amazon, retail and print.
• You've rolled out a rebrand or new identity system and built templates that others actually use.
• You're performance-minded. You read results, understand testing, and design for conversion without sacrificing the brand.
• You're an expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and know print and retail production. Motion skills, AI design tools, and experience with national retailers are a plus.
• You've managed or mentored designers or freelancers, and you're equally comfortable owning work independently and collaborating across teams.
• You prioritize well under a high volume of requests, sweat the details, and are comfortable designing within claims and compliance guidelines.
