Senior Digital Designer, Luxury Brands

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to support its Luxury brands by shaping high-quality digital experiences. In this onsite role in New York, you will work closely with the global design team and content marketing partners, helping bring together elevated storytelling and digital commerce across key luxury properties.

Reporting into the broader creative organization, you will contribute end-to-end design thinking that spans UX/UI, prototyping, and collaboration with front-end development partners. The focus is on building consumer experiences that feel distinctly brand-led, supported by strong visual craft and a modern toolkit.

• Create a best-in-class consumer experience that supports the needs of the family of Ralph Lauren Luxury brands.
• Collaborate with internal Design and Marketing counterparts to bring seasonal campaigns to life, blending elevated storytelling with best-in-class digital commerce.
• Lead, develop, and execute smart, unexpected creative solutions while maintaining each brand’s design identity aesthetics.
• Partner with UX/UI Designers and Front-End Developers on new site features and enhancements.
• Use design, UX, and prototyping to communicate inspiring brand experiences in a proactive way.
• Apply exceptional skills in image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, and color.
• Attend meetings and track next steps and follow-ups for projects.
• Work with stakeholders to communicate and present creative concepts and progress.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a similar field (preferred).
• 5+ years of digital experience.
• Advanced design and prototyping skills in Figma

• Ability to develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate concepts and validate ideas.
• AI literacy
  , including an understanding of how LLMs and machine learning models function.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools, with awareness of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and emerging generative AI capabilities to improve creativity and efficiency.
• Knowledge of CSS
  , HTML
  , and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of web standards and the latest web technologies, including image optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Video editing experience is a plus.
