Job Description Overtime is looking for a highly creative, social-first content creator who can bring ideas to life from start to finish. This role is first and foremost for someone who is exceptional at creating social edits by imagining the most clickable video and making it happen in your timeline. You’ll help power Overtime’s hit video podcast
* Chasing No 1
* with NFL stars Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins plus NFL content creator Annie Agar. You’ll also help edit and produce sports debate show
* Lunchbox* plus other opportunities within Overtime’s leagues, franchises, events, and partner campaigns. Beyond editing, you’ll be expected to shoot and produce original content for Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube shorts and other social platforms.

The ideal candidate is a true hybrid creative: part editor, part producer, and fully obsessed with sports, internet culture, and social media.
** What you’ll do
*** Edit original content for the video podcast and studio team that is compelling and results in views.
* Work with the show’s producers to understand the audience and create content that consistently clicks and grows the channels.
* Own your post-production workflow independently and maximize your output of creative and engaging content.
* Produce original social content including ideation, shooting, editing, and publishing on platform.
* Review all content with a hyper-critical eye before it’s posted by proofreading, spell-checking, and QCing videos.
* Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team across OT to align the content we post with the strategy in place.
* Collaborate with producers and Brand Fam to create content for our partners and sponsors.
* Stay on top of everything happening that is relevant to our channels - this means college and NFL football, sports, pop culture and everything else that pertains to our content.
* Engage with Overtime channels to increase your understanding of our audience and brand.
** Who you are
*** MOST IMPORTANT:
You understand and can communicate in Overtime’s voice.
* Live, breathe, eat social media. You are constantly on Instagram, Tik Tok, X (Twitter), You Tube, and on the lookout for exciting new platforms.
* At least 2+ years of professionally managing and posting on multiple social media accounts.
* Creative - you have show ideas that change the way sports are consumed and talked about.
* You are obsessive about long-form shows and watch You Tube and other long-form platforms constantly.
* Producing long-form content gives you energy and you’re always thinking about ways to be better.
* Detail-oriented. Amazing proofreader who always checks their work.
* Down to hustle — this role requires regular nights and weekends.
* Fast af. You always want to be first.
* LOVE sports. You are passionate and knowledgeable about all sports, athletes and the news around them.
* Problem-solver and self-starter. You take initiative without having to be told what to do.
* Flexible in adapting to changing timelines and deliverables.
* Proactive, positive team player, able to help guide projects from ingest to delivery.
* You are very comfortable with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
** Bonus Points
*** Motion graphics experience using After Effects.
* Photography or camera operation experience.
* Experience covering live sporting events.
* Experience creating viral social graphics and short-form content.
* Familiarity with athlete storytelling, sports media, and creator-led content.

Overtime expects the salary range for this position to be around $68K-$75K, depending on experience. Additionally, Overtime offers health benefits, paid time off, 401(k), and stock options.
