In-House Fashion Designer – Junior Women’s Streetwear

We are looking for a talented, creative, and trend-focused Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of junior women's streetwear, current fashion trends, and the ability to create fresh, trend-driven designs for our collections.

• Design and develop junior women's streetwear collections.
• Research current fashion trends, colors, graphics, and silhouettes.
• Create original designs, sketches, and tech packs.
• Develop graphics, prints, and artwork for apparel.
• Collaborate with the team on seasonal collections.
• Assist with fabric selection, fittings, and sample development.
• Work closely with production to bring designs to life.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in women's or junior streetwear design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and the junior market.
• Experience creating tech packs and garment specifications.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
