Intern, Graphic Design

We're seeking a Graphic Design Intern to help bring our luxury brand standards to life. In this role, you'll work across our three brands — Exclusive Resorts, Inspirato, and onefinestay — gaining exposure to the distinct identity and visual language of each. You will work on a variety of design projects including print & digital marketing collateral, email campaigns, website design, our online store, and more.

This is an especially exciting time to join, as we're currently in the midst of a company-wide rebrand. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has a strong eye for typography and photography, has a clean, refined aesthetic, and is eager to learn.

• Assist in the design and production of marketing collateral such as direct mail, email campaigns, and digital ads.
• Support the creative team in maintaining consistent visual branding across all platforms.
• Update and maintain branding assets in Adobe Creative, Figma, and Claude.
• Organize and manage design files, ensuring all assets are easily accessible.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Apply feedback from team members while maintaining design integrity and quality.
• Stay updated on design trends and luxury market aesthetics.

• Recently graduated or in your senior year of a design program
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong understanding of visual branding and ability to work within brand guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

• Experience with Claude, Firefly, or other generative AI platforms. Our team has recently adopted Claude into our design workflow, so any familiarity is a plus, but not required.
• A passion for design and travel.
